I'd like to say a huge thank-you both to Ilya of Universal Piano Services and to the whole team of Expert Piano Moving for making my dream of having a grand piano at home come true - I've been waiting over 20 years for this, but it finally happened! The process of buying and delivering the piano was extremely organized and professional. They were even kind enough to accommodate my request to have the piano in the basement, despite the rather awkward set of stairs leading down to it. Very satisfied with the service . Highly recommended. If you are unsure with the unit you’re buying , Ilya will give information you need and he will guide you  . He’s very knowledgeable , nice , funny and entertaining . I purchased the perfect unit that I want based on the info that I received from him and I’m very pleased and happy with the piano .
