The process of buying and delivering the piano was extremely organized and professional. They were even kind enough to accommodate my request to have the piano in the basement, despite the rather awkward set of stairs leading down to it. He’s very knowledgeable , nice , funny and entertaining . I purchased the perfect unit that I want based on the info that I received from him and I’m very pleased and happy with the piano .
