I found Universal Piano Services on line when I was looking for a piano for my 8 year old. I made an inquiry at 10:00pm. By 9:30am Ilya called me and we scheduled an appointment for that same day.
My daughter and I met with Ilya. He showed us a variety of pianos and allowed my daughter to play them. Ilya was very knowledgeable and honest with us. We purchased a piano that same day and the piano was delivered 3 days later. We are very pleased with our purchase and the service we received at Universal Piano Service .
