STEGLER PIANOS FOR SALE – USED AND NEW STEGLER PIANOS

In the late 1970s, a company called Samick brought pianos to the U.S. with a fancy name, “Horugel.” But, people didn’t like them much, and the name sounded like “Horrible.” So, they changed the name to “Stegler” in 1980 to make it sound better, and quality improved a bit. Eventually, they became “Samick” and started making good, affordable pianos. But those early years were quite challenging for the brand, marked by a shift in names and quality.
